Rules and Expectations

No pets allowed in the house.
No smoking allowed in the house.
Smoking permitted outdoors away from the house.  Dispose of your butts properly.
No firearms or fireworks/other combustibles allowed on the property.
Remove footwear while in the house.
Wash your dishes before you depart.
Recycle cans, bottles, and plastic.
Check in: 3:00 pm Check out 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed
Children under 12 need adult supervision at all times on the property.
Guest assumes all responsibility for accidents, injuries and loss of personal property or valuables
Guest assume financial responsibility for any property damage incurred during his/her stay.
Guests will be billed for any missing items from the house upon their departure.
This house is located in a residential area.  Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise down after 11 pm.
The management of this property reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
